Now, we make 3 x 1600 high precision blanking line for high tensile hot forming steel sheet serves 4heads laser cutting machine, the whole line is fully automatic and high efficient, the leveler is 6high Japan technology structure, backup rolls are servo adjusted, rollers gap press down is servo adjusted, rollers can be dismantled and cleaned from side window, constant tension available between uncoiler and tension, and between leveler and afterward two pairs of press rolls ensure good leveling performance.

Parameters:

For aluminum series, copper/brass, stainless steel coils have different strength, stress characters, the rolls structure shall be adjusted accordingly.
