SUS CR GI GP galvalume steel coils can be processed by Flying Shear Cut To Length Line

Stainless steel sheet has much higher strength and better appearance than plain carbon steel sheet, and requires higher precision stronger cutting to length line which takes good care of stainless steel sheet surface protection.

1.Uncoiler

Active uncoiling with back tension, convenient for tension control and coil return, low noise.

Ultrasonic sensor checks the uncoiling diameter( can freely check if inside rubber sleeve available), the tension can be freely adjusted and slow down while reaching coil tail in automatic mode.Laser measures the distance, operator set steel coil width on touch screen and load the steel coil onto mandrel, press button to centralize the coil on center line.Mandrel expansion pressure is compensated in timing to avoid steel coil deviation if pressure release.

2. Paper peeler is controlled by nearby button, uncoiling panel and main panel, with photoelectric sensor to check paper breaking alarm.

4. 6High Leveling Machine(work rollers, middle rollers and backup roller groups,ensure the leveling work rollers stiffness and evenness, the roller diameter can be smaller and leveling flatness better.

5. The inclination of leveling rollers bearing seats can be adjusted with bending degree of leveling rollers. The contact between backup roller seats and upper & lower beams is spherical surface contact, when the backup rollers are being adjusted, the position can be freely corrected to ensure line contact between backup rollers and middle rollers, good for protecting work rollers. The leveling rollers rotate slower while NC feeding to protect sheet surface.

6. Sheet Length feeder: Twice positioning controlled by fully closed loop controller can avoid the effect of leveling to sheet size, making cutting to length in high precision.

The servo feeder is two pairs of pinch rolls pinch feeding precisely without slipping.

7. Rotary flying shear Continuously cut many lengths of set quantities without stopping the machine.Servo motor controls shearing action, low noise and less piping.,Servo adjusting blade gap with memory function can realize fast blade gap adjusting

9. All the welded structural part of the machine will go to tempering to release welding stress thoroughly, this way, the machine manufacture precision will be stable for long time. All big parts are machined by huge machine tool or CNC center to ensure the machining precision. 10. Stacking: after cutting, the belt conveyor delivers the cut sheet to first stacker, the scissor table automatically comes down with the piled sheets height increasing on the table , when the sheets number reaches set quantity, push button on panel to switch the sheet conveying to second stacker . Press button to let first scissor table to lower to bottom , then output roll table deliver the sheets out to operation side . This way, one steel coil cutting is continuous and efficient.
